Hello, Sorry to hear that the DVD copy you received at one of our recent events is not working correctly. We have several different DVDs with single documentaries as well as some which are compilations. Please let us know which one you received as well as the DVD format. We check the first few copies we burn and if they appear to be working fine we continue burning more of them, but sometimes things go wrong. It seems that some DVD formats won't work on all machines. If you have a DVD Rom on your computer of a newer vintage, you could try to watch it there and let us know if it works there. We are not professional at this, but from what we have learned, the problem could lie in the fact that we've used DVD+ format and not DVD- (which apparently is more compatible with a wider variety of machines). The compilation DVDs contain two documentaries and the rest are various short but relevant clips, though sometimes of lesser video and audio quality as filler, but they are of less importance. The main thing is that you are able to watch the documentaries. They should have good picture and sound quality. (The other clips are of lesser quality downloaded from the internet). If you will provide us with your name and a mailing address, we will gladly send you a replacement documentary DVD that we have verified to work.
