All
'Truth Activists' in the Pacific Northwest (USA and Canada) are invited
to attend and participate in this relatively unstructured and informal
event. Whether you are interested
in 9/11 Truth, the SPP and National Sovereignty issues, the Illegal
Wars, Canada's Bill C-51 and other health related issues such
as DU,
Vaccines and Fluoride, the Fake Money System, Blackbox Voting and
Voting Reform,
the NWO, First Nations issues, or are supporters of the
Canadian Action Party, Ron Paul, Kucinich or McKinney (political
parties or candidates
that do not get coverage), etc you are invited to join with us for a fun,
social event liberally sprinkled with Civil Informationing (ie.
friendly, educational conversations with the general public),
music, and great speakers.
This
is NOT a protest nor a demonstration in the usual sense, but rather an
"opportunity" to meet like-minded people, find commonality, share
information, ideas and materials with each other, as well as with the
general public in the parks, on the beach or as they wait in their cars
to cross the border ...civilly, respectfully and as positively as
possible. The aim is to inform and share our concerns and knowledge,
NOT to confront or
disrupt anyone. We want to BE the MEDIA and BE the CHANGE that we want
to see.
Wear
your truth or activism T-Shirts (black is OK but it would be good to see some other
colors too), bring your flyers, books, DVDs and a sign or banner to
highlight your issues of interest. Be creative and informative, and try
to spark public interest and curiosity, not anger.
As we celebrate both
Canada Day and U.S. Independence Day, it is our patriotic duty to
exercise the rights and freedoms that others fought and died for, and
our civic duty to help inform others about that which the media refuses
to cover, or which it distorts.
This should be considered as a
"family friendly" event (children, parents and grand parents) and we
strongly encourage people of all ages, backgrounds etc to come together
this day, peacefully and civilly, for our own individual sake, and for
that of our respective countries.
This international event is co-sponsored, organized and coordinated by
Fraser Valley 9/11 Truth (BC) and
Bellingham 9/11 Truth (WA)

advise bringing some cutlery with you.

*** While some rain showers are possible in and around the Vancouver
area, remember that it is often sunny in the White Rock / Tsawwassen
areas even when it is pouring in Vancouver. We intend to be there,
regardless of the weather, but if you are so inclined some prayers for
good weather, good moods, and a successful, peaceful event would be
appreciated. Thanks!
There is NO admission fee or registration required, but we will gladly accept any donations to help cover our costs. Thanks.

About the Peace Arch:
Peace Arch State Park (WA) is a 20-acre day-use park commemorating
treaties and agreements that arose from the war of 1812. The park
celebrates the unguarded United States/Canadian border that stretches
from the Strait of Juan de Fuca to the Bay of Fundy in Nova Scotia. The
park features horticultural exhibitions and the giant, commemorative,
concrete arch that straddles the border of the two nations. The
countries co-maintain the monument.

FEES and REGISTRATION:
None! It is a free event and a simple gathering of individuals and
groups with common interests.
PREREQUISITES:
a smile, an open mind (a desire to learn as well as educate others),
and an open hand, NOT a clenched fist.
AMENITIES:
There are picnic tables on both the US and Canadian sides. You should
bring your own food and beverages, coolers, small BBQs, blankets or
mats, towels, etc. and maybe a folding table or tray and collapsible
camping chairs.
NO overnight camping is permitted in the park! See:
Surrey,
BC Camping and
Blaine,
WA Camping.
Some
of our American friends may want to be there on July 4th (Independence
Day) and others on July 6th as well, but July 5th will be the official
international meet up.
BORDER ISSUES
Canadians
and Americans will converge on both sides of the border and can meet up
right at the Peace Arch. If you plan to cross the border, however, be
sure you have a Driver's License and Birth Certificate, or a valid
Passport. Be sure to leave firearms or other weapons at home. We urge
you to not bring drugs or alcohol with you.
Border officials from both countries (with or without uniforms) do
patrol from both sides!
We
look forward to seeing and meeting you, building bridges of
understanding and to finding ways to support each other in our common
goals of truth and justice, ending illegal wars, stopping North
American Integration, and helping to end undue security measures,
restoring and maintaining rights and freedoms, educating others, as
well as restoring and maintaining the power of the people of our two
nations.
